This is primarily a fansite dedicated to four Australian musical artists:

Dave McCormack - a Brisbane musician who is disliked by girls and believes that love is poison.  Best known for fronting bands such as Custard, the Titanics and the Polaroids.  Sometimes miscredited as having penned a tune called music is crap.

The Melniks - a quirky 90s Brisbane band that went through about 10 different line ups.  The only founding member to survive all of the personnel changes was the band's drummer.  Eat your heart out Spinal Tap!

The Fauves - criminally underrated Australian indie rock legends, excellent at garnering 3-star reviews from the likes of Rolling Stone magazine.

The Fergusons - a talented Perth outfit that flirted with success, but became one of the music industry's many victims

This site also serves a place for me (Dave, the webmaster) to keep a record of gigs that I have attended over the years. I usually write a few things about each show, and often add memorabilia / setlists / press clippings etc.  Check out my list here.
